Where can I ride bikes in Central Oregon?

Here’s a slice of what’s waiting for you when you’re cycling in Bend. Choose from world-class mountain biking trails and endless road bike routes, to our famous Three Sisters Scenic Bikeway and Urban Trail System. Oregon’s first Gravel Scenic Bikeway gives you the best of both worlds, with open terrain you can tackle on just about anything with two wheels.

Please note that E-Bikes are not allowed on dedicated Mountain Bike Trails, including Phil’s Trail network. Non E-Bike trails are clearly marked “No E-Bikes”

What is your cancellation policy?

Under normal circumstances, we’ll provide you with a full refund of your rental order as long as you contact us via phone or email more than 24 hours prior to your rental delivery date and time.  If there is inclimate weather the day of your rental, we’ll provide you a full refund no matter what time the rental is cancelled.  If you choose to cancel within 24 hours of the rental, then we’ll charge a maximum of one full day’s rental, even if the rental is for multiple days.  Note: If the rental is for a 1/2 Day in the Bend Area, the same policies apply although any charge would be for 1/2 day only.

Do I need to bring my own pedals?

Bikes come with flat pedals, we do have some SPD mountain pedals available if you request.

Do you rent helmets and locks?

All rentals include Giro helmets (MIPS Fixture (Adult) and MIPS Tremor (Youth)) and security cable locks.

What if I want to pick up my rentals instead of having them delivered?

Of course you can pick up your rental bike(s).

Simply call us at (541) 241-7882 to make arrangements.  Transporting bikes is usually fairly simple, however e-bikes can have some challenges. If you pick up your e-bike(s), they must be transported by bike rack or tailgate pads on a truck.

E-bikes can only be picked up by Customers who have proper e-bike transportation equipment.  We always want to ensure safe transportation of our bikes.

When are bikes delivered and picked up?

Under normal circumstances, bikes are delivered and picked up between 9:00am and 5:00pm each day.  Your pick up and delivery times may vary depending on your unique needs.  As always, if you have questions during or after the reservation process, simply call us at (541) 241-7882 or email us at and we’ll assist you to the best of our abilities

What if I have a mechanical issue with the bike?

In the unfortunate event that you have an issue with the operation of any of our bikes, we’ve included a “Tool Kit” contained inside the “Bike Emergency Kit” box, which is located within each rental Blue Tote.  If needed, please call us directly at the shop number, (541) 241-7882.  This information is also located on the frame sticker on all of our bikes.  Your Rider Support member’s direct phone number is also contained inside your “Bike Emergency Kit”.  Under normal circumstances, we should be able to help you immediately.

What if I get a flat?

Most of our eBikes have Tannus Armour puncture proof liners installed, which eliminates most flats. If you do experience a flat on any bike, call the shop number (541) 241-7882, which is located on the frame sticker on all of our bikes, or your Rider Support member immediately. That number is contained inside your “Bike Emergency Kit”, which is located within each rental Blue Tote.
